Organic farmer

„A passion for our work“

My story

I love being a farmer, even better… my whole family shares my passion. I inherited the fruit growing farm and my husband has the best prerequisites for managing it according to organic principles: the technical college for fruit production, viticulture and horticulture in Laimburg, whereas my son studied agricultural sciences.

As we’ve also rented some orchards, we cultivate a rather large area in Oris near Lasa. This is why we need the help of extra pairs of hands during picking and harvest to harvest our Golden Delicious and Jonagold apples within the deadlines set.

Our natural production method characterized by great responsibility is Abcert certified. We converted to organic in 2016. After every season, we are even more convinced that this is the right way. Organic is perfect for us.
