My story
At the heart of the Stelvio National Park at only a few kilometers from the medieval town of Glorenza on an altitude of 1,250 meters – this is where I produce particularly tasty organic products together with my wife. The cultivation of cauliflower and other vegetable varieties constitutes an important source of income for my family.
We are members of the “Red Rooster” association and thus also offer many other organic products: Our guests mainly appreciate our Val Venosta apricots, sour cherries, raspberries and eggs as well as our homemade jams and syrups, as they distinguish themselves by the unique mountain aroma of Val Venosta’s „Far West“.
For me, organic mainly means soil-conserving cultivation without any artificial fertilizers or pesticides. Not just wild animals that live with us in the National Park like nibbling our products. Our farm holiday guests really love the intense and natural taste of our products. We live in a beautiful area that is virtually perfect for raising our three children. Visit us and taste the air, water and products of our soil.
