My story
From grandfather to daughter to grandson: on the Langstrein farm in Laces, fruit farming has been practised for generations. Three years ago, Stephanie and I took over the family business, which we now run in a fresh and innovative way.
Sustainable agriculture can only succeed with respect for nature. That's why our orchard has been farmed organically for over 15 years now. We grow 7 different types of apples on the farm. By adhering to strict Bioland guidelines, we have voluntarily set ourselves rules that go far beyond the legal minimum standard for organic food.
We are also happy to welcome guests to our modern farm apartments, which are built and furnished according to modern living standards and with natural materials. From their balconies, our guests are welcome to look over our shoulders at work during their stay and gain an insight into the aspects of organic farming during a guided tour around the farm.

Royal Gala
The elegant precocity
The tasty gala appears every summer in its reddish yellow shell and the new apple season begins.

Red Delicious
Red seduction
The image of the Red Delicious is difficult to resist. Seeing red can be really nice. And the red flavour is even more beautiful!

Golden Delicious
The classic delicious
Golden Delicious is our main variety and, therefore, the queen of Val Venosta apples. That the most popular apple has a real quality, can be seen in its lovely red cheek. By the way, this is typical of fruits on a hillside.

Nicoter / Kanzi®
Balanced freshness
