Where the difference grows
Genuine taste thrives in Val Venosta
Apple specialities
No matter what variety: The altitude, 300 days of sunshine a year, an ideal micro-climate and prudent farmers transform every Val Venosta apple into a firework of flavours.
We know that our apple paradise will not maintain itself. That is why we do not work against but with nature, voluntarily refrain from herbicides and are European champions in organic farming.
At the core of every VIP goal, project, strategy and action stands sustainability. In the Association of Fruit and Vegetable Cooperatives of Val Venosta, not a single decision is made or action undertaken without a thorough assessment of its environmental impact.
Dynamic sales since the beginning of the campaign, thanks to new contacts and intensive preparatory work during the summer, with targeted visits to established and potential customers. Joachim Rabensteiner, Sales Manager at VIP, takes stock of the situation with regard to foreign markets.
