Preparation

Peel apples, cut into cubes and put them in a pan with a little bit of water. Cook at low heat until soft.

Put them in a mixer, add dates and mix to a smooth, thick cream. Put in a bowl and let cool.
Cut dried fruit into irregular pieces for an even more delicious consistency. Put them in a large bowl and add oat flakes, puffed spelt and chia seeds. Mix.

Add coconut oil and apple puree. Mix well with a spatula by covering all dry ingredients with apple cream and oil. Cover a baking tray with baking paper and distribute the dough as evenly as possible.
Bake in the oven at 160°C for about 25 minutes. Turn now and then so that it gets golden yellow on all sides. Remove from the oven and let cool. Then add cranberries.

You can store the granola in a hermetically sealed container for a long time.
