Preparation

Put sieved flour and baking powder, sugar, eggs, oil, milk, grated zest of one orange or lemon and cinnamon in a bowl. Mix with an electric mixer to get a creamy dough. Peel one apple, cut into small cubes, add to the dough and mix.
Butter and flour a cake tin of 24 cm and fill in the dough. Cut the remaining two apples into thin slices and arrange on the cake. Bake in the preheated oven at 180°C for about 45-50 minutes (make the toothpick test).
Let cool, remove from the cake tin and sprinkle with powdered sugar.
