Wash apples, remove the core and cut into small cubes. Put them in a non-stick pot with a little bit of olive oil, a pinch of salt and one level tablespoon of curry.
Let the apples cook for 15-20 minutes and stir now and then. Turn the heat off as soon as the apples are stewed. They should not dissolve, but be both soft and firm.
At the same time, sauté the prawns in a pan with a little bit of olive oil and lemon, if you wish.
The prawns are ready in maximum 10-15 minutes. They have to turn pink but make sure you don’t cook them too much.
In the meantime, preheat the oven to 200°C. Roll out the puff pastry and cut out circles with the help of a cookie cutter or glass.
Put the circles on a baking tray covered with baking paper and bake in the oven for about 15-20 minutes.
You can arrange the plates with the help of skewers when everything is ready.
Put the apples and then the prawns on the puff pastry circles. Season with a little bit of olive oil and balsamic vinegar, which tastes excellent!
