40 g fresh baby spinach
1 tablespoon honey
100 g plain natural yogurt
320 g freshly squeezed orange juice
30 g freshly squeezed lemon juice

Preparation
To make the green smoothie with Granny Smith apples, thoroughly wash the apples, remove the cores, cut them into pieces, and place them in a blender.
Add the pre-washed fresh baby spinach, honey, yogurt, freshly squeezed orange juice, and lemon juice. Blend everything until you get a smooth, homogeneous mixture.
Pour the green smoothie into two glasses, decorate each with a slice of Granny Smith apple on the rim, and sprinkle with chia seeds and mint leaves to taste.
