Preparation

Put flour, sugar, baking powder and salt into the bowl of your kneading machine and mix. Add cream and butter in pieces at room temperature and knead with the dough hook or with a wooden spoon and your hands. Roll out the dough on a previously floured chopping board or directly on the baking paper by forming a rectangle of about 40x30.
Cut the apples into thin slices. Put them in a bowl and sprinkle with cinnamon and cane sugar. Mix with your hands and pour the apples on the dough
Arrange the apples in a strip of about 10 cm in the middle of the dough. Fold the dough into an envelope by first taking the lower part and then the upper part of the dough.
Cut triangles with the help of a pizza cutter or knife. Put them on a baking tray and bake in the oven at 220°C (top/bottom heat) for about 20 minutes until golden yellow. Let cool and sprinkle with powdered sugar and a little bit of cinnamon before serving.
