Porridge with apples and berries
The Power Breakfast
Stir up a warm and nourishing bowl of porridge for an energising breakfast. These feel-good recipe is packed with Golden Delicious apples, berries, coconut milk, chopped pistachios and hazelnuts. Simply delicious!

Ingredients
3 Golden Delicious apples
agave syrup
50 g berries
180 ml coconut milk
150 ml water
1 vanilla pod
50 g oat
chopped pistachios
hazelnuts
1 tsp. blossom honey

Preparation
Cut an apple into halves and put the two halves on a baking tin covered with baking paper. Brush with agave syrup and put in the pre-heated oven at 180°C for 20 minutes. Peel the other two apples and cut into cubes.
Add to the berries and coconut milk. Mix everything in a mixer and pour the dough into a casserole adding oat, water and vanilla pod. Cook at low heat for about 15 minutes.
Serve the porridge warm with baked apples, chopped pistachios, hazelnuts and honey.
