50 g black olives

Preparation
First accurately wash and dry salad greens. Peel carrot and cut into julienne, pit olives and shell walnuts. Wash radishes and cut into thin slices.
Prepare the salad by adding carrots, olives, walnuts and radishes in a large bowl. Wash and dry Gala apples, cut them into thin slices and add to the salad. Season with oil, salt and lemon juice.
You can also add some cheese cubes to this salad if you like.
