Ingredients
for 4 portions
8 slices of grain bread 50 g melted butter 2 Golden Delicious apples 8 bacon slices 200 g Stelvio cheese Fluid honey Fresh thyme
Brush the bread slices with a little bit of melted butter and cover half of the bread slices with cheese cut into slices.
Add bacon and thin apple slices.
Sprinkle with a little bit of honey and thyme.
Cover with the remaining bread slices and cook in the preheated sandwich toaster (or in the oven) until the cheese is melted. Serve hot.
