270 g oat flakes 270 g oat flour 300 g (200 g + 100 g) chopped almonds 3 Golden Delicious apples from Val Venosta 100 g dried plums 100 g raisins 10 g fresh ginger 1 kg natural yoghurt 800 g (500 g + 300 g) Val Martello strawberries
Peel apples, cut into pieces and mix with ginger, plums and raisins. Mix with a hand-held blender until you get a homogeneous puree. Put puree, oat flakes, oat flour and 200 g of chopped almonds into a bowl and mix to a dough.
Press the dough into a rectangular baking tin covered with baking paper. Wash strawberries and cut into pieces. Mix 500 g of strawberries with the yoghurt and distribute on the dough.
Decorate with the remaining strawberries and chopped almonds and put into the freezer for at least two hours.
Then cut into regular bars. Wait about 15 minutes before serving or defrost the bars for 30-60 seconds in the microwave. The bars can be stored in the freezer for up to a month.

ANAGRAMMA
Ambra and Tea are two Roman sisters who are inseparably united by the same passions. As explorers and coffee lovers, they always look for new adventures. Both define themselves as designers, visual storytellers, photographers and food developers and, above all, as sisters. Culinary school: their mom. School of life: the world. This is why the foundation of their blog comes as no surprise. It’s a mirror of all the things they like most: cooking, eating, inviting guests, traveling and, above all, sharing all this with their friends.

The apple history begins in the Garden of Eden. And since then it has not lost any of its appeal. Not only does it look good to bite and it really tastes great, but it also makes our body well, and our Val Venosta apple producers know it not only from the saying "an apple a day keeps the doctor away". That's why they do everything possible every day to get the best out of their apples.
