In fact, the commitment of both farmers and experts has led to an innovative and advanced fruit-growing model. Thanks to precise and systematic controls during all production and processing phases – from the single orchard to the shelf – we can guarantee the traceability of all our apples to the single producer and apple orchard.
From harvest to storage and from sorting and packaging to sales – our apples are accurately monitored to ensure their exceptional quality and certified safety, because we want to guarantee that they end up on the tables of consumers with the unique characteristics of a mountain apple.

The particular microclimate, altitudes between 500 and 1,000 meters and Val Venosta’s privileged position are the ingredients of our unique and distinctive apples that are able to unite the colors, sensations and naturalness of this extraordinary territory in every bite. Furthermore, the exceptional quality of Gala Val Venosta and other varieties of our mountain apples is guaranteed by the PGI designation.
But this is not all! In fact, all red varieties such as Gala Val Venosta have different proprieties that make them indispensable for a healthy and correct diet. Thanks to their fibers apples such as Gala Val Venosta help to reduce intestinal disorders and to detoxify the body in a natural way.
If they are eaten before meals or as a snack in the morning or afternoon, they also help to damp the appetite. Crunchy, tasty, sweet with little acidity and yellow with bright red stripes – Gala Val Venosta is available from September to March and is very popular with both young and old.
