Apple London Fog

Tastefully warming up your evenings with friends

The London Fog is a hot drink made with Earl Grey tea, vanilla, and whipped milk, from which it takes its name "fog". This warm and enveloping variant is enriched with spicy notes of star anise and cinnamon, the character of Brandy and the aroma of Pinova Apple.

Preparation

Core and dice the apple. Put the apple dices into a small pan. Add tea, water, brandy and cinnamon and put the skillet on high heat until the water starts boiling. Then turn off the heat and let it steep for 5 minutes. The apple will release all its sugar so that will be no need to add any sweetener.
Meanwhile, heat the milk in a pan together with the vanilla pod (alternatively: microwave), until steaming. Remove the vanilla bean and use a milk frother until the milk becomes super foamy.
Strain the tea, add the milk and the froth, and stir gently. Pour the Apple London Fog in your favorite cup and enjoy it.

ANAGRAMMA
Ambra and Tea are two Roman sisters who are inseparably united by the same passions. As explorers and coffee lovers, they always look for new adventures. Both define themselves as designers, visual storytellers, photographers and food developers and, above all, as sisters. Culinary school: their mom. School of life: the world. This is why the foundation of their blog comes as no surprise. It’s a mirror of all the things they like most: cooking, eating, inviting guests, traveling and, above all, sharing all this with their friends.
