Ingredients

2 Pinova apples from Val Venosta
1 mandarin orange
40 ml milk
Cinnamon
Juice of a lime
Red currant syrup

Preparation

Mix everything in a blender with 2 or 3 ice cubes. Pour the cocktail into the glass and add red currant syrup to taste. Decorate with 2 peel spirals of Pinova apples from Val Venosta.
